I have built two new homes during the past fifteen years – the first was with a big name homebuilder, and the most recent was with Enzoco Homes. There is absolutely no comparison in quality and customer service between the two companies. The large, big-name homebuilder operated like an assembly line. Its goal was to complete construction as quickly and inexpensively as possible. The quality of the house and my overall satisfaction with the purchase both suffered as a result.
My experience with Enzoco Homes has been completely different. Their quality is exceptional. The construction crews took an unrushed and careful approach to lay the foundation and framing the walls and roof. Time was taken to make the plumbing and electrical wiring meticulous. The cabinetry installation, ceramic tiling, and finish carpentry are some of the best that I have ever seen. And I was continuously surprised by the small details that add to the overall excellence of their homes (insulation of basement walls, premium exterior faucets, concrete sealing, tall garage doors to accommodate sport utility vehicle tailgates, etc.).
Most importantly, none of the big-name homebuilders come close to Enzoco in terms of communication. Every step of the building process is outlined in an easily accessible online calendar. They schedule regular customer meetings with their vendors and trades (i.e. plumbing, lighting, appliances, etc.) before key milestones of construction. Joe and Enzo always respond to questions in a timely manner, and they take time to completely understand what their customers want. In the end, Enzoco’s emphasis on customer satisfaction resulted in a home that was built exactly as I envisioned it.
In my opinion, Enzoco Homes is the best home builder in Northeast Ohio. I wouldn’t trust such an expensive and lasting investment with anyone else.

We interviewed 4 builders in Geauga county and went through the process of hearing what they had, their prices, and their ideas of customer service. After purchasing property, we moved from Florida to the Huntsburg area in the spring of 2011. We researched and met with several builders in Geauga County and decided to trust our dream home construction with Enzoco Homes. From the initial meeting we had with Enzo, we knew Enzoco was the right company for us.
Enzo and Joe both have very different jobs and each of them are great at what they do. The planning portion is in Enzo hands. He is quick to respond and always accommodated our needs. Joe took over once the building process began. He is extremely organized and patient as changes were made throughout the process. The building process can be very stressful, but Enzoco’s planning and organization made the process run smoothly with very little stress on us.
One special item we’d like to note is that during the house construction we were also doing some excavating for an outbuilding. Due to the wet conditions from a record-breaking rainy season, we not only got our bulldozer stuck but the bulldozer of a friend as well. With no other means to free the equipment from the sticky Northeast Ohio mud, we called Joe late that Saturday afternoon. Since he had a crawler backhoe at the property, he was more than happy to come to our rescue. With his help, we were able to recover the machinery undamaged and without personal injury. This experience reinforced our belief that we chose the right team to build our home. Enzoco is there for you when you need them.
We highly recommend Enzoco to anyone that asks for a reference. From the time that we broke ground to the time, we moved in was just 3 months. And the house turned out beautifully and it is exactly what we asked for.
It was truly a pleasure working with both Enzo and Joe. We will miss hearing from both of them as they have been a permanent fixture in our lives for the past few months.

My wife and I are writing to Enzoco Homes, LLC to show our appreciation for the work done on our new home. Enzoco Homes, LLC and their subcontractors provided us with quality work and completed the work on a tight deadline in order for us to receive our own personal home buyers' tax credit. The work began in early March and we moved into our new home the week of July 4th.
Among the many reasons we are happy with Enzoco Homes, LLC, three stand out. First, Enzoco Homes, LLC is very flexible in designing a house to the customer’s needs. One example comes to mind. During the building of the house, we asked to add a window and a closet, which they were able to do. Second, we asked them to complete the house by June 30th, in order for us to receive a home buyer's credit (Note: the credit required us to sign the occupancy form by a June 30th deadline, which was moved to September 30th. We were not notified about this change in time to provide Enzoco Homes, LLC with a new deadline.) Third, all subcontractors involved in our home building process acted professionally and talked to us about what our preferences were in the building process (Note: this continued after the completion of our home with any follow-up questions we had).
Building a home can be a very stressful experience. Enzo and Joe helped to relieve that stress by answering questions and concerns throughout the building process. We still continue to talk to Enzoco Homes, LLC about home maintenance, which is very helpful to first-time home builders. Enzoco Homes, LLC has continued to make themselves available to us whenever a question might arise.
